Job Overview

The Rightworks team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Marketing Manager to lead our efforts to support partners to market their solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives with our partners, driving the success of joint marketing campaigns, and ensuring seamless coordination across various marketing channels and business groups.

They will design and oversee marketing enablement and demand-generation programs for partners. They should possess a thorough understanding of partner campaign strategies and the capability to oversee and facilitate campaign execution.

The growth and quality of partner-sourced leads and opportunities gauge success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners. Develop joint marketing strategies that align with company goals and partner objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth with existing and potential partners.
  • Able to work through present initiatives while keeping an eye out for opportunities to strengthen the partnership and reach long-term goals.
  • Able to craft a cohesive plan for each partner with a prominent level of transparency and visibility.
  • Develop, manage, and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including webinars, email marketing, and other promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure alignment with marketing goals. Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Liaise with Content Strategy team to develop content that partners can use to promote joint relationship including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and social media materials.
  • Tailor partner content for effective presentation across the company website, social channels, and other marketing platforms.
  • Coordinate partner marketing program execution with other marketing team members. Ensure alignment and integration of partner marketing activities with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Oversee the execution of partner marketing programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
  • Monitor and update the digital spaces in which partner promotions live, including partner pages, vendor pages, application directories, and other marketing collateral.
  • Plan and execute webinars that engage partners and prospects. Manage all aspects including topic selection, speaker coordination, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with partners to sponsor and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Requirements

  • 5- 7 years experience in high-tech marketing campaign management with a focus on partner marketing
  • Prior success deploying demand generation and pipeline-building marketing programs for partners
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business or related field
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot
  • Exemplary presence - written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of channel routes to market and channel enablement
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Prior experience with project management / collaboration tools like Wrike and Microsoft Teams is desired. Superior project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
