Position : Event Promotions Assistant
Description : We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Event Promotions Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and promotion of various events for our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, helping to create unforgettable experiences and increase brand awareness for our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, product displays, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure brand messaging aligns with event goals.
- Engage with attendees to promote our clients' products and services.
- Track and report on event performance and provide feedback for future improvements.
- Support administrative tasks related to event planning and coordination.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in event planning, promotions, or marketing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a team-player mindset.
