What YoullDo :
- Guide and Mentor multiple teamsand organization using Agile / Scrum best practices methodologies andvalues
- Remove impediments or guide ateam to remove impediments
- Facilitate completion of workassignments assigning or dictating workassignments
- Support and educating the ProductOwner and teams to include but not limited to grooming andmaintaining the productbacklog
- Engage in agile deliveryutilizing best agile methodology (i.e. Scrum Kanbanetc
- Provide support to teams using aservant leadership style whenever possible and leading byexample
- Facilitate all necessary teammeetings in accordance with Scrumceremonies
WhatYoull Need Required :
- Five (5) yearsexperience in the Scrum Masterrole
- Scrum Master certification(include copy of certificate withresume)
- Identifying and building KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs) to measure programperformance
- Creating and maintaining producttimelines status reports communication plans and other productmanagement relateddocumentation
