The Job :

Largo is currently seeking a reliable Office Administrator who will have a direct reporting line to the company's founder and CEO.

In addition to this administrative role, the individual will also provide support to Largo's marketing efforts.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Support marketing efforts
  • Coordinate new employee set up as well as termination
  • Manage agendas / travel arrangements / appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Assist in scheduling interview / meetings for Originators
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • High school diploma : BS / BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
