ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / OFFICE MANAGER

Job Summary : Work directly with US Eye’s Executive Team and be the face of our Headquarters in Bradenton, FL! US Eye, is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to provide administrative support to the Executive Team and other senior leaders.
You’ll also manage the front desk at our headquarters office in the University Town Center area, just off I-75. Duties / Responsibilities :
- Provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Team and / or assigned leadership staff.
- Provides legal administrative support to the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
- Performs administrative tasks including calendar management, drafting letters, memos, and other documents for senior staff.
- Coordination of candidate interviews
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and / or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies.
- Manages the front desk for the new US Eye Headquarters, including greeting guests and receiving deliveries.
- Planning and onsite coordination of events at US Eye Headquarters
- Serve as a liaison to Facilities for US Eye Headquarters
- Event Registration on behalf of executives or company groups
- Additional projects as assigned by Executive Team.
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
Education and Experience :
- High school diploma required, Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least four years of prior experience in executive level administration required.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
The position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Position Type and Expected Hours :
This is a full-time position. Days and hours are Monday through Friday 8 : 00 A.M. 5 : 00 P.M. with occasional overtime.
Travel :
Occasional local travel may be required between offices.
