Mission Of The Role

The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects and daily operations during the overnight shift.

Essential Job Functions

• Organize the shift and review & complete the following : remaining reservations, verify that all contingency reports have been run, resolve discrepancies with departments out of balance, verify no-shows and complete a walk report
• Reconcile daily financial transactions
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations and ensure accuracy in billing and accounting records
• Respond to guest inquiries and address any issues that arise during the night
• Communicate with next shift associates by logging pertinent information through the hotel's pass-along system
• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times
• Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management

Qualifications

Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Proficiency with reservation and accounting systems. Attention to detail. High school diploma preferred.

Compensation Range : $15.00 / Hr. - $16.00 / Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
