• What You’ll Do  Be a point of contact for customers via phone, live chat and email  Handle account changes, payments, and special requests  Support our trading desk team with day-to-day needs  Learn the nuts and bolts of brokerage operations  What You Bring Bachelor’s degree, with coursework in finance, economics, and / or accounting Open to entry-level candidates right out of college or those with 1–3 years of experience in customer service, broker-dealer, or registered investment advisory (RIA) environments Strong communication and multitasking skills Drive, professionalism, and a team-first mindset What You Get Company-paid medical, dental, and life insurance Career growth in a respected national brokerage with growing online trading divisions Work Location This is a full-time, on-site position based in Glenview, Illinois (no remote work).
