2nd Shift Production Associate

Job Description

Responsibilities will include placing food on the line, cutting, wrapping, pushing large containers of food, mixing, placing condiments on food, bagging the food, packing the food, and sanitation.

You will be working in the Quality department, checking standards of food. This is an entry-level position, and we are looking for candidates with decent tenure.

Tasks are monotonous and physically straining. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for an 8-hour shift, and work in a 45-degree facility.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 680 Hour(s). Shift Information : OPENING IS FOR 2nd SHIFT 3 : 00PM - 11 : 30PM. Pay : $17.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Sterling, Virginia.

Work Environment

The Production Facility is very clean. There is a break room that has fridges and microwaves for candidates to use. There is also a locker room for women and men, where everyone will get their own locker.

Before entering the Production Facility, candidates must tie up all hair and wear a hair net. They must also wear boots and a gown.

Candidates will walk through a cleaning machine that will rinse and scrub boots before entering the facility. This is a physically demanding job : candidates will be standing for their 8-hour shift and will be lifting materials continuously.

Candidates will need work boots; the client will provide gowns and hair nets.
