Job Summary

Our client is s eeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and customer relationship management, with the ability to strategize and execute plans that align with our company goals. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and enhancing our existing customer base.

Duties

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.

Prepare reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and forecasts for management review.

Skills

Proven experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong background in business development and sales, with a track record of achieving targets.

Excellent customer relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
