We are truly an agile business : we work at pace and take responsibility for making a difference. As a Senior Stylist you will have the opportunity to take ownership of running a floor or department and assisting the management team in merchandising to create an engaging shopping experience.
You will also support our VIP customer in-store experience and development of long-term client relationships, in partnership with our VIP Coordinator and Marketing / PR Team.
Our Senior Stylists will have spent at least a year in a stylist role with us already, mastering all aspects of the stylist role across product, proposition and people and demonstrating fantastic customer centric service every day.
You will be consistently demonstrating the brand values and ambition to progress at AllSaints. This role will challenge you to the next stage in your career and encourage your development through a wider scope of remit and opportunities.
Skilled communications, event management, social media proficiency, styling acumen, and relationship building are key responsibilities for the role.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- You will be responsible for cash handling, keyholding and security, deploying the team according to your store's floor plan and delivering team briefs.
- You will manage the delivery of our products, ensuring that our deliveries are efficiently processed by the team and newness hits our floors as quickly as possible for our customers.
- You'll make sure all daily tasks and requests are dealt with accurately and quickly, adhering at all times to company policies and procedures actively collaborating and sharing our values with the stylists.
- You will implement best practice and ways of working within the store, mentoring new joiners to the team and demonstrating the AllSaints way of working.
- You will support the brand leader and store manager with any management responsibilities, ensuring that the back of house operations are completed and standards maintained.
- Lead the placement of our bestsellers and key investment merchandising to entice and attract our customers.
- Identify selling opportunities by actively approaching all customers with the intention of building rapport, influence styling and closing the sale.
- You will be empowered to make service decisions for our customers to resolve their issue whilst retaining their loyalty and trust.
- You make use of all available training material to confidently display a thorough product knowledge so that you are able to sell the AllSaints brand to the customer and upskill the stylist team.
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
- You will need to have spent a minimum of a year in a stylist role at AllSaints before progressing to the senior stylist role.
- You will be seen as a role model, already delivering great and consistent performance at stylist level with the ambition to step up into line management in the medium team.
- You live and breathe the AllSaints values and behaviours and can confidently explain these expectations to other members of the team.
- You are confident and capable in your role and have a great understanding of AllSaints' processes and procedures.
- Your team feeds off your positive attitude and have a winning mentality to get the best results.
- Action orientated and solution driven to achieve results. When challenges arise, you are proactive in problem solving and resolving any issues.
- Tech savvy; you'll be processing a lot of transactions and store deliveries using our in-store digital tools.
- Able to assert authority in a fair and consistent manner. The stylist team trusts you to escalate any minor store or people issues.
- Innovative and reactive to trade; you are able to quickly adapt the shop floor and focuses to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Pay Range in Los Angeles, CA
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
Hourly Rate :
$21.00 / hr - $22.00 / hr (plus potential to earn additional from our team commission scheme).
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our North America region is made up of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City.
We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand's iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
