Job Description / Responsibilities Design for both Cisco & Genesys to coexistsamong Client telephony and Video conferencing platform addedknowledge on utilizing Genesys for Audio / VC capabilities

Design implement and maintain Cisco Unified Communicationssolutions.

Design implement and maintain networkinfrastructure.

Developed standardized documentation andengineering tools

Must have handson experience managingand administering Cisco Call manager in a fast paced contact centerenvironment.

Strong technical background managingmaintaining deploying and troubleshooting Cisco telecommunicationssystems.

System administration and end user supportexperience in Cisco VoIP / UCCE environment.

Workingknowledge of the Microsoft suite of office productivityapplications.

Ability to work collaboratively andpartner with various IT staff business partners internal clientsand vendors.

Strong analytical problem solving skillsand the ability to work independently.

Must be able tohandle multiple projects and activities and deal with changingpriorities.

Solid verbal written and interpersonalcommunication skills.
