Here's what you'd do : Support the Repair Management team, interacting internally (Interface areas and RM team, and externally (with Vendors) during the repair cycle of a client asset (aircraft parts) with the Repair Shops (vendors / suppliers).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -Clear paperwork and any sort of discrepancies in the repair management process.-Update systems with data related to Repair Management and perform certain processes inside the operational systems in support of the Repair Management activities.
- Support the Material Administration team in preparing materials for the business reviews with vendors, and with action items.
- Follow up with vendors to obtain information related to parts at repair, update operational systems, and follow up to return parts to stock and to customers.
- Support developing, improving, and maintaining KPIs and reports.-Assist internal areas with information related to Repair Management.
- Follow up with vendors to obtain repair quotes.-Assist the Repair Management team with the activities of the area.-Interact internally and externally to expedite repaired parts return to Embraer and its customers.
- Support meetings and conference calls related to the Repair Management activities.-Participate in special projects - Kaizen.
- Continually seeks opportunities to improve process flow and work efficiency.-Performs other tasks related to the Repair Management team as requested periodically.
- Structure processes, aiming for simplicity through automation of routines and tasks.-Implement, manage, and serve reports and visibility for Embraer's after-sales repair and asset management area with high availability.

- Experience with Salesforce and SAP-Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau and / or CRM Analytics.
