Sales Service Manager / Project Manager
- Schedule : 9 : 00AM-5 : 00PM Monday-Friday
- Pay Rate : $50,000-$70,000
Job Description :
- Build relationship with new and existing clients.
- Provide detailed estimates, calculations, and create proposals
- Manage own projects, including scheduling labor
- Sell a variety of mechanical and fire protection services
- Work with the Contract department to secure service contracts
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent apprenticeship experience.
- 2-3 years of project management, leadership, and sales preferred
- Knowledge of the various fire protection systems.
- Must be able to apply innovative and effective sales and project management techniques to maximize performance
