Product Management at Crunchbase

The Product Management function at Crunchbase is a key strategic role that interfaces with engineering, design, marketing, revenue, and legal functions to build delightful products for our customers.

This person is responsible for owning the strategy and execution of their area on everything from fixing paper cuts to building conviction behind long term investments.

This is an Individual Contributor role.

What You’ll Do :

Own the strategy and execution for your designated area, from addressing minor user pain points to driving the vision behind long-term investments.

You'll play a key role in defining and realizing the product's direction.Build strong customer empathy and advocate for their needs throughout the organization.

Your understanding of customers' "jobs to be done" will drive our product decisions and ensure we deliver exceptional solutions.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams to develop and launch features in an agile and iterative manner.

Your ability to foster strong working relationships will be crucial to our success.Work closely with leadership to develop and execute a robust product roadmap for your area.

Your strategic thinking and analytical skills will help identify growth opportunities and turn ideas into actionable plans.

Continuously seek opportunities to enhance existing processes and add value for our customers. Your innovative mindset will drive efficiency and effectiveness in our product development.

Cultivate meaningful relationships with internal and external counterparts, industry experts, and thought leaders. Your network and insights will contribute to our product's excellence.

What We’re Looking For :

You have 6+ years of experience in product management roles, with a proven ability to define and deliver successful products.

Your exceptional analytical skills allow you to navigate complex challenges, leading your team through strategic analysis from start to finish.

You possess a genuine passion for understanding and addressing customer needs, placing the user at the center of every product decision.

As a strategic thinker, you can effectively manage complexity and conflicting priorities. You have a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities and can translate them into a clear product roadmap.

Your experience in the SaaS industry equips you with valuable insights and best practices in product management.You have thrived in fast-paced startup environments, adapting quickly to change and driving impactful outcomes.

You are enthusiastic about building a strong organizational culture, developing exceptional talent, and refining efficient processes to achieve success.

You may also be entitled to receive equity and benefits.Salary Range$160,000 $180,000 USD
