Quality Control Supervisor

Shamrock Roofing is an established roofing and construction company servicing the metro-Kansas City area since 1977. In the last few years, our business has exploded in the Midwest and now servicing areas in Arkansas, Texas, Des Moines, Lincoln, Omaha, Tulsa, and St. Louis.

We are currently hiring a Quality Control Supervisor to ensure Shamrock Roofing continues installing quality roofs across the NWA area.

What We Are Looking For In A Quality Control Supervisor :

• Is an expert in the roofing / siding / construction trades and has worked as a laborer in the field
• Demonstrates the ability to diagnose problems on a roof and roof systems
• Demonstrates the ability to diagnose the source of leaks on roofs and roof systems
• Is able to explain complex roofing issues to the crew / salesperson / homeowner
• Can audit material deliveries with precision to ensure all materials are on site prior to an installation
• Effectively inspects roofs and installs after they are complete to ensure they are installed according to manufacturer standards and local building codes
• Has the ability and skill to make repairs on the spot as necessary and discern when the crew should come back and make the repairs vs the Quality Control Supervisor.
• Precisely documents all installations during and after the installations
• Can be flexible with their work environment because work is performed in the field, in the office, as well as client's homes.
• The ideal candidate can navigate technology to upload pictures and necessary documents to our CRM - Acculynx
• Has the ability to take care of highly sensitive clients in high stress and pressure moments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices and ensures our safety program is in accordance with all safety laws that are applicable
• Frequent lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted
• Access and mobility in tight spaces
• Working at Heights over 5 feet often
• Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling
• Is fluent in Spanish
• Speaks daily with the Branch Manager and the regional production manager with updated progress reports of that market
• Works in tandem with the salesperson / crew / homeowner
• Trains and / or instructs material runner in roofing construction specifics

• Experience in the construction / roofing / insurance industries preferred
• The ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs

• Great Attitude and high level of energy (negative attitudes need not apply!)
• Work a flexible schedule
• Educated in CRM systems and Excel
• Willing to adapt on the fly
• Willing to travel
