Duties :

- Independently manage tasks and projects, from initiation to completion, while consulting with senior attorneys as needed.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on equipment leasing, aviation, and transportation issues.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for negotiations and hearings.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in aviation and transportation.
Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in business and commercial law matters, asset-based transactions, or finance / loan matters.
- Admitted to practice law in Minnesota or eligible to become admitted.
- Motivated and detail-oriented with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in equipment leasing, aviation, or transportation law is a plus.
Education :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Admission to the Minnesota State Bar or eligibility for admission.
Skills :
