1. Responsible for leading a team of product owners, setting direction and priorities for products, services, and experiences.
2. Responsible for understanding industry landscape, competitive environment, and voice of client
3. Partner with the Payments Group Product Manager II on the product roadmap.
4. Manage teams that develop and groom backlog from EPICS down to user stories in partnership with LOB, User Experience / User Interface, Content, Technology, and Operations Partner with Tech Agile teams on development, rollout, and post-production support
5. Partner with Legal, Risk, & Compliance on new product development and remediation when applicable
6. Partner with associated LOBs, marketing, operation, and readiness teams on commercialization and rollout
7. Responsible for the client experience / results / KPIs of assigned platforms
8. Manage annual budget, including monthly forecasting
9. Hire, mentor and manage team members; proactively provide timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback in efforts to cultivate appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning
10. Responsible for leading teams across related but disparate functions to support successful deployment of new products and integrated experiences
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications :

1. Bachelors’ degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field; or related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
2. Three or more years of banking, financial services, digital, or other relevant work experience
3. Two or more years of product, analysis, technology, and / or design experience
4. Comfortable managing concurrent projects in a fast-based, results-driven environment
5. Comfortable with ambiguity, leading work autonomously, and making independent decisions
6. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
7. Well-developed analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
8. Solid understanding of trends in technology and in the financial services industry
9. Ability to learn and translate technically complex concepts into business friendly terminology
10. Considerable tact, diplomacy, and people skills
11. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products, to analyze and communicate complex information to business leadership
