Job Summary :
We are searching for a perceptive, creative Administrative Manager to leverage our tools and resources for optimal standardization of all administrative processes and procedures, and to provide consistent, seamless support across a growing platform comprised of both remote and onsite workers in multiple office locations.
As this role reports directly to the SE Platform’s Director of Operations & Administration, this role will serve as a direct contributor to the overall efficiency and optimization of our organization through development and deployment of all administrative programs and procedures.
This role with include effectively managing the administrative staff, removing inconsistencies, and facilitating a smooth, simplistic experience for business operations.
To succeed in this Territory Admin role, you should be focused on attracting and retaining top talent and streamlining office operations to maximize quality and efficiency while reducing costs.
You should be analytical, knowledgeable, resourceful, and extremely organized with a proactive attitude, strong leadership skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities :
Lead the Florida Office Coordinator teams (South Florida Region) to ensure effective communication and collaboration to achieve operational goals.
Development of the organization’s administrative systems, processes, and procedures transforming and managing them as standardized programs, while monitoring their consistency of success and effectiveness, and updating as needed.
Identify new methods to streamline workflows, reduce office costs, or improve productivity on an ongoing basis; Leverage operational excellence team to support overall optimization goals and utilization of tools and resources.
Manage office expenses to budget and ensure any expenses that are outside of the budget are approved by the Director of Operations / Admin, prior to expense being incurred.
Collaborate with human resources to achieve talent development and recruitment goals.
Manage employees' performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency, taking corrective action when necessary.
Oversee special projects for various business functions and track progress toward company goals.
Responsible for evaluating, measuring, and implementing operational efficiencies to manage operational cost.
Responsible for leading business processes to ensure compliance with regulations, legislation, and policies and procedures, including design and implementation of policies and procedures.

Travel up to 25% annually
Education / Experience :
Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred, or equitable experience
Minimum 5 years successfully leading a team and / or running an office
Minimum 5 years experience in the insurance industry
Proficient working knowledge of Epic
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
