What You Will Do :
Responsibilities include supporting the stakeholder engagement specialists by developing stakeholder engagement plans, stakeholder maps, amplification plans, community briefings, webinars, fact sheets, info graphics, and stakeholder assessments.
Specific responsibilities may include :
Providing detailed fact finding, research, and analysis on energy-related activities
Researching topics associated with clean energy demonstration projects
Assessing stakeholder sentiments and analyzing trends
Collecting data to evaluate progress on stakeholder engagement activities
Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for clients
What You Will Need :
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
Experience with utility-scale clean hydrogen projects, NGOs and energy sector organizations
Ability to travel as needed
Knowledge of U.S. Department of Energy programs
Strong interest in clean energy such as hydrogen hubs, direct air capture, long-duration energy storage, carbon management, advanced nuclear, industrial decarbonization, clean energy in rural or remote areas, and clean energy on mine lands and / or relevant experience in these fields
Must currently reside in the USA
The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described
This hybrid position is open to candidates virtually from Arlington, VA
The salary range for this role may vary based on relevant degree, work experience and physical location at time of hire
Level of hire will be determined through Guidehouse interviewing process
