At Gracious Growth ABA, we provide compassionate, individualized care. Our dedicated team collaborates to tailor programs that meet each child’s unique needs, fostering growth and development in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities :
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of BCBAs.
- Provide direct support to clients in home or community settings.
- Track and document client progress through data collection.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective therapy.
- Support families with guidance and resources.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging environment for clients.
Qualifications :
- RBT certification from the BACB.
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
