The Job at a Glance
As theInventory ControlSpecialists, you willplay a key role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of our inventory to guarantee that we have the parts our customers need, when they need them.
You will audit inventory locations and you will be managing our OS&D rack to ensure issues are going in and coming out in a timely manner.
A Typical Day
- Manage overages, shortages, or damaged shipments in the Distribution Centerto ensure quality and accuracy of Parts Town’s inventory.
- Receiving in, scrapping, or returning product based on the resolution note provided.
- Determine the proper action for all inbound inventory with discrepancies.
- Handle escalated discrepancies in parts identificationfrom Receiving team to verifythat the correctparts are placed into inventory.
- Travel between our Mitchell and Meadow locations to perform audit counts as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
To Land This Opportunity
- If you have experience working with manufactures, it’s a plus!
- You are able to drive a vehicle. Reach truck and OP.
- You are proficient in Microsoft office and Outlook.
- You possess strong decision makingand problem-solvingskills.
- You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You can standfor long periods of timeand able tolift 50 lbs.
- Youare a reliable team member and willing to work Monday- Friday 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm.
