Overview
Kimley-Horn is looking for an Experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our St. Paul, MN office! This is not a remote or hybrid position.
Responsibilities
- This role will help lead the efforts of experienced professional hiring across the firm. The qualified candidate will play an important role in the growth of Kimley-Horn.
- This person will engage with the best external talent, and build candidate pipelines for active and passive candidates.
- Develop tools for our firm to market the company as a best place to work.
- Manage and coordinate the recruiting program including : applicant tracking system, employee referrals, recruitment projects, initiatives, improvements, updates, etc.
- Promote our Employee Referral Program internally.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 10+ years of relevant (AEC or Professional Services) experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as previous experience presenting to groups.
- Ability to travel, as needed.
- Professional presence and charisma, with the ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external staff.
