Delta Research is seeking a motivated System Engineer with experience in the areas of radar signal processing and high-fidelity simulation execution and data analysis.
This individual will provide performance analysis for various missile systems, using high-fidelity 6-DOF simulations, telemetry data collected during HWIL testing, and missile telemetry data collected during live-fire flight tests.
Basic Qualifications :
- Understanding of guidance algorithms using sensor fusion and advanced decision theory, Kalman filtering, and optimal guidance laws
- Expertise with radar imaging waveforms and signal processing of pulsed Doppler seekers
- Experience with modeling and design of interceptor missile systems using 6-DOF simulations
- Knowledge of Missile embedded Software architecture design, integration, and implementation
- Proficient with computer programming using C, C++, Ada, or other computer languages
- Effective communicating and collaborating on multi-discipline teams
- Experience managing and leading engineering projects
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Candidate must be able to obtain and keep a security clearance .
- Minimum requirement : Secret, Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information preferred
Required Skills / Experience :
- Bachelor of Science from an accredited course of study in Electrical, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering
- Experience : 5+ Years in radar system analysis, digital signal processing, and modeling and simulation
- Security Clearance : Current Active Secret Clearance is required (or ability to obtain one)
