Office Associate
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Associate located in Hayward, CA. The Office Associate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, such as organizing and maintaining files, gathering and examining external files, and providing general support to the office.
The Office Associate will also assist with data entry, record keeping, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Mathematical and Reasoning Skills :
- Possess' excellent basic mathematical skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide quickly without a calculator;
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule format; and
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where broad standardization exists.
