Under the general direction of the Human Resources Supervisor (Staff Services Manager I), the Associate Personnel Analyst (APA) works independently and as a member of other HR professionals, who provide personnel consultation to staff and management at the Office of Tax Appeals and performs a wide array of personnel assignments as identified below.

Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required. This SOQ serves as a narrative discussion to illustrate how the candidate's education, training, experience and skills have prepared you for this position.
The SOQ serves as documentation of each candidate's ability to provide a written response to the following questions, both clearly and concisely.
The written response should be typed and no more than two (2) pages in length, single spaced and with a font size not smaller than 11 points.
SOQ’s that do not address the following questions will not be screened.
