Description
Qualifications
MSN, MHA or other healthcare related Master's degree required with demonstrated evidence of experience in teaching and or education of at least 2 years in the clinical or academic setting;
minimum 5 years clinical experience required in the area of served (Critical Care, Med / Surg, Women's Services, Peds or ED).
Knowledge of principles of adult education. Evidence of commitment to continuing education. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to develop curriculum and teach in a classroom setting .
Registered Nurse (RN) License; Basic Life Support (BLS) required; certification as appropriate to the clinical setting served.
Provides simulation and orientation education. Critical Care experience preferred. Simulation experience preferred.
