The Assistant Residential Rehabilitation Manager directs and coordinates activities of personnel in the Residential Rehabilitation Program to carry out its objectives in the provision of rehabilitative care.
Work is full time during weekdays with some evenings and weekends. On-call work is required.

Preferred Duties and Requirements :
- In absence of RRM, directs residential management team meetings (RMT) and monthly in-services.
- Attends RMT and other administrative meetings.
- Transports patients as needed in own or company vehicle requiring transfer and driving abilities.
Experience and Education :
- Must obtain and keep current Assisted Living Manager (ALM) certificate issued by State of Texas.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but may substitute experience. Must have at least a high school diploma or pass a general educational development test (GED).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Working knowledge of rehabilitative care is preferred. 1 year of work experience in residential care is required. Knowledge of the requirements for providing the type of care and supervision needed by patients, including ability to communicate with such patients.
- Knowledge of and ability to comply with applicable law and regulation.
- Ability to maintain or supervise the maintenance of financial and other records.
- Experience in which potential administrative and supervisory competence has been demonstrated is required.
- Must maintain CPR, First Aid, and Pro-ACT Certifications.
