Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full time (0.8 FTE) Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care & Pediatrics - Northwest Grand Rapids Team located in Walker, Michigan.
Practice Features :
- Outpatient Department of Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital
- Pleasant office to work at with a great culture that values teamwork and collaboration. APP will work alongside a dedicated team to provide comprehensive care to our patients
- Office currently has 5 Physicians and 3 APPs
- Monday - Friday, 32 hours / week
- Building also offers Trinity Health Lab for convenient on-site access
- Strong support staff including a robust triage team, MAs, 2 Social Workers, 1 Care Manager, and 1 Pharm D
- No on call requirement

Qualifications :
- Experience required.
- PAs must be board certified in their specialty prior to employment
