We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing our initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory.
The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients.
Experience in outside sales and B2B sales is required. Leadership experience is a plus as we are growing in the Bay Area! We offer a base salary plus a robust commission plan.

Responsibilities :
- Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
- Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM
- Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory
- Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
- Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events

Qualifications :
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Should have working knowledge of a CRM
- Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years
- A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Sales experience required
- Must live in the Bay Area currently, preferably daily driving proximity to San Jose
- Good communication
- Must have working rights in the USA
- Must have a driver's license
- Must be 21 or older
- Ability to make good first impressions
- A clean driving record required
Compensation : $200,000 (salary + commission)
