We need Part-Time, Full-Time, & PRN Occupational Therapist Assistants to join our team at Continuum Therapy Partners in Southwest Ohio & Northwest, KY .
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) at Continuum Therapy Partners, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Occupational Therapists in delivering exceptional care to patients.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy programs aimed at improving the functional abilities of individuals across the lifespan.
You'll Be Responsible For : Collaborating with Occupational Therapists to implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs Providing direct occupational therapy services under the guidance & supervision of licensed therapists Assisting in conducting assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, & goals Facilitating therapeutic activities & exercises designed to enhance clients' fine & gross motor skills, cognitive abilities, & activities of daily living Documenting patients progress accurately & in a timely manner, adhering to all regulatory & organizational guidelines Educating clients & their families on home exercise programs & strategies for improving daily functioning.
