CLA is looking to hire a Financial Systems Senior to join our Internal Finance team.
This role works directly with the Director of Financial Systems, to support key Finance stakeholders and develop and deliver best-in-class finance systems solutions.
As a Financial Systems Senior, you will...
- Administer Workday Business Processes, Security and Reporting
- Provide technical support and functional expertise to support Workday financial features, including accounts payable / receivable management, General Ledger Functions, budgeting forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
- Actively partner with Finance functional teams to consult, identify opportunities, design, and deliver best-in-class solutions that create efficiencies.
- Participate in reviewing biannual Workday releases; develop, test, train and deploy new Workday functionality.
- Provide technical support for additional Finance Systems, as required.
- Develop reports and audits to ensure data integrity and improve firm performance.
- Identify trends or root cause behaviors for issues and errors and manage potential solutions.
- Resolve escalated user issues and ensure delivery of high-quality customer service.
- Communicate effectively throughout the organization utilizing strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism as it pertains to all job responsibilities.
What you will need
- Experience : At least 4 years of ERP or related experience, is required.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Information Technology or related field). A combination of education, training and relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Technical Competencies (required) : Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Exceptional time management & prioritization skills.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Workday Finance experience is highly preferred.
