Responsibilities :
Harness strategic and creative thinking to build, execute, measure, and scale innovative and effective B2B marketing plans that drive partner adoption and increased advertising investment from their clients on our platform.
Manage the day-to-day of those plans and the execution of corresponding tactics.
- Leverage strong verbal and written storytelling skills to connect value propositions and product messaging to build compelling content for our partner and advertising audience.
- Devote time to understanding our product offerings, the nuances for partners and best practices for their clients' success.
- Leverage insights, data, and your own experience to inform our partner marketing strategy.
- Act as a strategic partner to our cross-functional stakeholders in Partner Development, Sales, and Product Marketing by sharing your knowledge and point of view on how we can optimize our marketing efforts to achieve shared goals.
- Implement systems and processes that enable scale, efficient cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and flawless execution, with attention to both the big picture and the devilish details.
- Have the tough conversations necessary to drive accountability and resolve conflict.
- Contribute to the team and Walmart Connect's culture, mission, and goals by building relationships and trust, operating with excellence, and embracing a growth mindset.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 3 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 5 years' experience in marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in B2B marketing strategy and execution with a proven record of driving revenue at scale.
- Understanding of API / technology partners.
- Experience working across marketing channels - including but not limited to : email, events, social, and sales enablement - and measuring success.
- Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written storytelling skills. PowerPoint mastery is a must.
- Impeccable communication and organizational skills to present complex solutions and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and rapidly assess and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment and execute them efficiently and effectively.
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, dealing with ambiguity, and having tough conversations.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with Partner Marketing.
- Background in eComm / Retail marketing.
- Experience or knowledge of API.

Salary Range :
The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00 for Hoboken, NJ and $104,000.00-$202,000.00 for San Bruno, CA.
Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Bonuses.
Additional Compensation For Certain Positions May Also Include Stock.
