1 Restaurant (2023), along with accolades from Food & Wine and Bon Appetit.
Requirements include :
- Minimum 2 years experience in a serving role (fine dining preferred)
- Enthusiasm for hospitality
- A positive attitude towards fellow employees and a love for working in a team environment
- Food, wine and spirits knowledge and a desire to learn
- A personal interest in quality, regional, and sustainable food
- Flexible schedule

The Dabney offers health care benefits and is closed for the following holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and The New Year.
The restaurant is additionally always closed Sunday and Monday offering a nicely structured schedule for employees.
