Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider position in our Springdale Recovery Services department.
A high school diploma or GED is required. We also prefer at least one year of experience working with adults in a mental health setting.
This position will be working with clients providing Anger Management and Domestic Violence group sessions and will include training and an opportunity to become a nationally certified Anger Management and Domestic Violence specialist.
We prefer someone who is fluent in English and Spanish. The QBHP will meet with clients individually and in a group setting and will have some involvement with court orders and court personnel.
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
The candidate should have good computer skills, good leadership skills, the ability to organize and prioritize, and be patient, consistent, and flexible, and must be able to work in a team setting and work independently.

Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.
This position is classified as full-time, non-exempt (hourly) and reports to Program Manager.
Work hours : Full time, Monday - Friday 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
What we look for in a Qualified Behavioral Professional :
High School diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, sociology, education or a related field preferred
Attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
The ability to multitask
The ability to work as part of a treatment team
