Job Overview :
Royale Company is seeking Front Desk Attendants to join our team at various of our managed buildings in Glen Cove. We are looking for candidates who are highly skilled in providing exceptional customer service and have a passion for delivering the best experience to residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests.
- Verifying and recording visitor information.
- Answering calls professionally and assisting callers with directions or instructions for the building.
- Receiving and processing incoming mail / packages.
- Monitoring lobby traffic and alerting residents to arriving guests and deliveries.
- Maintaining logbooks for visitors and contractors.
Qualifications :
- Proven customer service experience.
- Detail-oriented.
- Professionalism.
- Friendly, outgoing, and personable.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
Schedule :
- Afternoon Shifts : 4pm-12am
- Overnight Shifts : 12am-8am
- Full-time / Part-time
Benefits :

$16 - $20 / hr
