Job Qualifications :
- Preferably 2 years of fleet maintenance experience on tractor trailer repairs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Courses, certificate, or diploma from vocational or technical school preferred.
- Your own tools are preferably.
- Experience with computer, fleet maintenance, and diagnostics software preferred.
- Diesel engine repair skills across all truck and trailer models (Volvo and Mack preferred).
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Proficient and accurate job diagnosis to ensure job quality.
- Keeping service manager up to date with diagnosis and any problems encountered.
- Ensuring all needed information is gathered to accurately procure correct quote as needed.
- Complete inspection and detailed list of additional repairs needed to promote added commission or revenue.
- Proper housekeeping and positive attitude.
- Any other related duties as may be required by supervisor.
Key Duties :
Perform preventive maintenance, including oil changes, inspections, brake jobs, and more.

Calificaciones laborales :

- Habilidades de reparación de motores diésel en todos los modelos de camiones y remolques (especialidad preferiblemente en Volvo y Mack).

- Diagnóstico de trabajo competente y preciso para garantizar la calidad del trabajo.
- Mantener al gerente de servicio actualizado con el diagnóstico y cualquier problema encontrado.
- Garantizar que se tome toda la información necesaria para obtener con precisión la cotización correcta según sea necesario.
- Inspección completa y lista detallada de reparaciones adicionales necesarias para promover comisiones o ingresos adicionales.
- Limpieza adecuada y actitud positiva.
- Cualquier otra tarea relacionada que pueda ser requerida por el supervisor.
Deberes clave :
Hacer mantenimiento preventivo para los camiones de flota, incluyendo cambios de aceite, inspecciones, trabajos de frenos y más.
