Job Description
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the configuration, implementation, validations and support of the modules of UKG WFM / Dimensions with the goal of providing excellent system reliability, performance, availability and overall system optimization.
The incumbent will be responsible for working with the stake holders and leadership teams to support continuous improvement including supporting the continuous releases of the WFM.

Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of experience configuring HR applications, UKG WFM (Dimensions) Prod experience.
Proven ability to organize and plan the UKG implementation, development through deployment and the ongoing support model.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, IT or a related field of study
Experience with IBM Cognos reporting, analysis and data visualization preferred
