We are looking for Product Manager Analytics Product Manager Product Analytics and Datascience to join the Enterprise Data and Analytics team at client to play the role of a Data and Analytics Product Manager.
Data and Analytics Product leaders bring the vision, passion, integrity, and execution that drives our growth and innovation in the solutions we build using data & analytics.
This role works closely with a global team of data scientists, analysts and analytics leaders. It also requires engagement with multiple stakeholders across Engineering, Product Management, Technical and IT teams, including executive management to help drive Client Customer Connect Transformation to support Client Customer Experience and Success (CXS).
As part of our team, you will be a critical part of creating futuristic data and analytics products which will be consumed by the various Business units of Client for decision making.
As a Product Manager Analytics, you’ll be responsible for creating and driving a product vision for the analytics / Client products that help the CXS organization.
You will engage closely with Customer Success Operations and Product teams, Analytics leaders, data engineering, Master data management team, Franchise product managers and executive leadership using your creative, technical, strategic and process-oriented skillset toward executing high-impact user experiences and delivering value through enabling decision making.
This role requires an individual with exemplary leadership, collaboration and communication skills who is comfortable working independently across teams and time zones.
You must have passion for building great user experiences at the same time understand the nuances of building great data & analytics solutions.
The successful candidate will be able to solve technical challenges with their analytics and Client peers while making smart trade- offs to maximize the pace of product delivery and innovation
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and managers to drive design to delivery of the analytics and data product capabilities
- Solving business problems by translating them into analytics problem frameworks
- Driving independent conversations around planning, design and execution of projects with diverse stakeholders
- Work closely with stakeholders / product team to define features and functionalities required on the products
- Own and manage stakeholder engagements to assess key pain points and work with the delivery team towards execution
- Partner with product leadership teams to influence planning, prioritization, and creation of a product roadmap to provide team with inputs to deliver against the roadmap
- Define product requirements, set priorities, and help prioritize backlogs for the team
- You’ll deeply understand the business and proactively spot risks and opportunities working with business partners
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in a product environment building and managing a high performing team and supporting the team in execution.
- Track record and passion delivering impactful end user experiences.
- Well versed in agile development methodologies, creating great user stories and communicating with broad sets of stakeholders
- Strong cross-team collaboration with the ability to moderate conversations across both business and technical teams
- Experience leading and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic growth environment
- Strong storyteller and ability to communicate effectively with managers and executives
- Positive personality with strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial attitude, and an upbeat can-do attitude
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and grace under pressure
Preferred Skills
- Hands on experience with developing and deploying Client models in business applications
- Some background with enterprise software
- Understanding of customer experience space
- BS in Computer Science or related technical field. MBA a plus.
