Our ideal candidate pairs enthusiastic customer service experience with a solid foundation in banking, finance, and / or sales.

We are looking for an individual who excels in sales, relationship building, and leading by example. This individual will mentor branch staff members, and will work in partnership with the Branch Manager to meet the needs of our members and the credit union.

Our ideal candidate must have a proven track-record in sales and / or banking. Formal or informal leadership experience is preferred.

Requirements

We envision that our ideal candidate has the following work experience :

• Must have a Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Must have two years personal banking and lending experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Hours

Our members depend on us to be available to serve them, so this position does have a set required schedule based on our member traffic.

The hours needed for this opportunity are rotating shifts, Monday through Friday, between 7 : 15 AM and 6 : 15 PM, and rotating Saturdays from 8 : 45 AM to 1 : 15 PM.
