FTE : 0.8, Shift : Evening, Schedule : 8-hour shifts, rotating weekendsPosition SummaryThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an incredible opportunity to expand your role in health care through providing quality care focused on the comfort and well-being of patients and families.

As an LPN at MultiCare you will work in collaboration with your team ensure the best possible outcomes and patient experiences.

Responsibilities* You will provide age-appropriate care utilizing nursing education and knowledge of normal states of growth, development, and aging* You will deliver and execute upon daily routine care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups utilizing your strong interpersonal skills* You will assist the Registered Nurse or care team in implementing the nursing processRequirements* Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program* Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS)* Current BLS certification* License to pass medications may be required* Previous LPN experience in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferred* Experience in assigned specialty, or successful completion of a specialty focused residency post hire* Successful completion of appropriate competencies for assigned specialtyOur ValuesAs a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, Kindness and Joy.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position.

The pay scale is $33.99 - $56.17 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to : skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and / or education.

If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
