Compensation :
$50,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
As a Lead Commercial Dock & Door Installer, you will be at the forefront of our field operations, conducting site checks and installing various dock and door equipment.
You will play a vital role in ensuring that our installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough site inspections and prepare detailed reports.
- Lead and execute the installation of commercial docks and doors.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth field operations.
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in dock and door installation (candidates with slightly less experience but high skill levels may be considered).
- Proven track record of leading installation projects.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining a fun, yet professional work environment.
