Our work depends on this role to maintain HRSA's Hosting, Network, Security, Server, Identity and Access Management, and Tier II Operations in support of the HRSA mission.
24x7x infrastructure operations support serving in on-call rotation
Hybrid Environment (Azure and on-prem) / Experience in Azure required
Working within team for successful completion of all tasks within the Statement of Work for assigned area of responsibility.
That includes : Network, Security, DNS, DHCP, VOIP, Identity and Access Management, and Server Operations.
Will review monitoring tools to identify trends and proactive identification of potential customer impacting events.
Recommending changes to processes or procedures to improve efficiency or reduce costs in future projects.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software with IT infrastructure.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED :
Bachelor’s degree in related field. Four additional years of experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
10+ years of related experience
6+ years of experience working in a Hybrid (Azure / On-Prem) Application hosting environment technologies such as :
Compute Systems Engineering (Windows and Linux)
Administration
Patch Management
Vulnerability Remediation
Security Compliance
Performance Monitoring / Tuning
Physical / VMware / Azure VM
Windows or Linux
Red Hat Linux
4+ years of experience with storage (HPE Synergy Blade Server Technology / HPE OneView)
Demonstrated ability to support a 24x7x environment and work in on-call rotation with ability to respond to Rockville or Sterling Data Center
