We are currently seeking an experienced full time Medical Writing Content Developer Manager to join our team in the biopharma space.
This role is a unique opportunity to utilize your skills in an environment that values innovation and creativity. As a Medical Publications Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of high-quality, global, strategic medical publications plans in alignment with company objectives.
This position requires a candidate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic medical publication plans, ensuring they are in line with the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of medical publications, including posters, abstracts and figure development.
- Ensure all publications meet the highest ethical standards and comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the biopharma industry and incorporate them into the medical publication plans.
- Foster relationships with key opinion leaders, authors, and publishers in the scientific industry.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure their work meets the company's quality standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical publications in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Strong experience in graphic design
- Excellent collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High ethical standards with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and publication management tools.
