Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Supervisor Supply Chain at Webasto Americas in Plymouth, MI. The Senior Supervisor Supply Chain will be responsible for managing day-to-day supply chain operations, overseeing inventory management, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
First level of support for system incidents and requests. Monitors and reviews the efficiency of implemented processes, methods, and tools.
Manage system parameters and engineering changes into the system.
- Plant’s Key User for SAP supply chain processes and tools.
- Perform integration and system acceptance test for new and enhanced processes and system upgrades, data cleansing and master data governance.
- Use SAP modules production planning (PP), sales and distribution (SD), warehouse management (WM), material management (MM), and SAP business warehouse.
- Utilize Microsoft Analysis or Microsoft Power Business Intelligence to develop demand and capacity D&C management reports, and present reports to upper management and affected functions.
- Responsible to overseeing and coordinate supplier base daily follow up, escalation and minimize transportation and warehousing cost
- Responsible for inventory turnover, maintaining healthy inventory levels financially (cashflow) and on-time supply of raw materials to meet customer requirements, meeting target inventory and service goals, while minimizing costs.
- Responsible for overseeing and managing logistics strategy.
- Leading a team of 3-4 Supply Chain Specialists

- Experience in supply chain management or related field
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of automotive industry supply chain processes
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
