The Director of Talent Acquisition will develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to uphold the highest standards for our organization while supporting operational excellence.
While identifying and planning strategic goals, this role will partner with key stakeholders to drive strong business results in Talent Acquisition by using creative approaches and analyzing trends.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition required, preferably in LPC or healthcare
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience required
- Knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to talent acquisition practices
- Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficient with talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
