At R&R Heating, the Residential New construction Lead Installer will :
- Work in teams to provide best-in-industry installation of HVAC / R systems for our customers.
- Meet / exceed proficiency standards in all aspects of installation, refrigeration, control wiring, and diagnostics.
- Understand duct design and airflow requirements.
- Provide world-class customer service.
- Pursue knowledge of HVAC & Refrigeration, Electrical, & Control Systems.
Minimum Required Experience & Qualifications :
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience required and leading teams.
- An active O6A Electrical License or Trainee card is required.
- EPA preferred.
- Ability to obtain appropriate trainee licensure.
- Experience working with your hands (personal automotive projects, woodworking).
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools.
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
