We are looking for a US Marketing Manager at our regional headquarters in Middleton, Wisconsin to join our Global Marketing Team.

This role is focused on our US Government market where we target local governments operating in areas such as Transportation, Tax Assessments and Public Works.

The US Marketing Manager has broad responsibilities in different areas of marketing. This role will develop strategic plans, execute marketing campaigns and create flashy new product presentations.

This position works closely with our Global Marketing team on all initiatives.

This role will work from our Middleton, WI office.

Description

Key responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to drive revenue growth across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and offline channels.
  • Identify and segment target markets (Central Government, Local Government, Transportation, Smart Cities) to tailor marketing strategies and messages that resonate with specific customer segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product Managers, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize marketing strategies, improve conversion rates, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Together with our Content Marketer and Designer, responsible for up-to-date website content and collateral such as brochures, product and sales presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in (revenue) marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Job requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with B2B-marketing, e.g. Account Based Marketing and / or Revenue Marketing;
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven experience in handling multiple successful marketing projects from start to end;
  • Hands-on, self-starter and able to work independently;
  • Good prioritization and time management skills;
  • A creative and flexible connector between different teams and stakeholders.
