Inventory Administrator
Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
£14.20 per hour weekly paid, free parking, subsidised canteen, modern air conditioned offices and 22 days holiday plus bank holiday
Temp contract for 3 months with a view to be extended after period may even become permanent for the right person
Key Responsibilities :
- Expediting and tracking purchaser orders via system, email and phone.
- Recording purchase order confirmations.
- Progress chasing purchase orders with suppliers to ensure product supply is uninterrupted.
- Maintaining accurate records on ERP system, ensuring sales teams have up to date information to support high level customer service.
- Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure goods are collected and delivered on time, issuing customs clearance instructions where required.
- Maintaining positive supplier relationships.
- Efficiently manage stock levels
- Trouble shoot daily supply issues and relay information to sales team.
Required Skills :
- Good written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Excel and outlook
- Able to adapt to change at short notice
- Basic reporting skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
