Job Purpose
The NACC Strategy Senior Principal will lead our corporate communication team in developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies.
The position will oversee the planning and execution of communication initiatives to enhance our organization's brand reputation, engagement, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the development of an overarching communication strategy for the corporate communication division, encompassing internal and external communication efforts.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align communication strategies with organizational goals, values, and priorities.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to communication team members, ensuring clarity of purpose and alignment with overall objectives.
- Create detailed communication plans, timelines, and resource allocation to guide the implementation of strategies and ensure alignment with organizational priorities
- Lead executive communication strategy, including executive events, meetings, video messages, and other strategic associate communications.
- Maintain and support division business plan development and tracking
- Develop and implement frameworks for message development, audience segmentation, and channel selection to ensure targeted and effective communication.
- Lead cross-functional planning sessions to gather input, foster collaboration, and generate innovative ideas for communication initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of communication plans, including messaging frameworks, content calendars, and channel strategies
- Identify and prioritize key communication objectives and initiatives, establishing clear goals, objectives, and success metrics.
- Evaluate the performance of communication initiatives against established KPIs, analyzing data and feedback to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide strategic counsel and support to senior leadership on communication matters, including crisis communication, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in communication strategy and planning, and incorporate relevant insights into strategy development and execution.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Minimum Educational Qualifications :
College degree in PR, Corporate Communications, Marketing or Journalism or related field required
Minimum Experience :
- 10 years of experience with focus on strategy development, planning and execution
- Experienced with communication strategy development for large and complex organizations
- Experienced with developing and executing C-level executive communication plans and program

- Strong writing skills, leadership experience required
