Job Title : Business Development Representative
Location : Puget Sound Region (covering 46 greenfield zones)
Reports to : Junior Marketing Manager

At Integrity Roofing & Construction, community is at the heart of what we do. Were more than just a roofing company, were neighbors, partners, and advocates for the communities we serve. Were seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our presence across 46 greenfield zones in the Puget Sound area. This role is all about forging authentic community connections, engaging with local networks, and building relationships that translate into new business opportunities.
Position Overview :
The Business Development Representative will be the face of Integrity Roofing & Construction in new markets, cultivating trust, awareness, and leads. Reporting directly to Marketing, this role will be responsible for driving engagement and generating sales opportunities through community involvement, events, and direct outreach.
This is a salary-based position with the potential to grow into a commission-earning role as the territory matures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build brand awareness and establish Integrity Roofing & Constructions presence in assigned greenfield zones (46 territories across the Puget Sound).
- Actively engage with local communities by attending events, networking opportunities, and chamber activities.
- Develop strong connections with homeowners, local businesses, realtors, insurance agents, property managers, and community leaders.
- Generate qualified leads and work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Provide feedback to Marketing on territory-specific needs, opportunities, and engagement strategies.
- Track and report on activities, pipeline development, and community engagement outcomes.
- Represent Integrity Roofing & Construction with professionalism, integrity, and care.
